Q: What ingredients are used in Gramma Betty's Candies?

A: We use only the finest ingredients in Gramma Betty's Candies. These include pure cane sugar, pure Madagascar Vanilla extract, milk and butter. We also use gold award winning chocolates to crown the pralinés. We use NO preservatives or artificial flavorings. We make our candies from scratch and in small batches to preserve the original taste.

Q: Are your products guaranteed?

A: Absolutely! We guarantee our candies will arrive to your front door in excellent condition or your money back. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly exchange or refund the price of the candies, risk free to you. We guarantee it.

Q: How long will my Gramma Betty's Candies stay fresh?

A: Refrigerated and wrapped, your candies will last up to six weeks. For optimum freshness, please consume within six weeks of purchase.  If you choose, you can freeze Gramma Betty's candies. To maintain freshness, we suggest placing the candies in an air tight bag prior to placing in the freezer. When you are ready to eat, place the candies in the refrigerator to thaw and then serve at room temperature.

Use proper food handling procedures when handling this products and any other food product.

Q: Where and how are Gramma Betty's Candies, Gift Baskets and Towers shipped?

A: We ship Gramma Betty's Candies, Gift Baskets and Towers anywhere in the United States. We offer USPS 2Day as our preferred shipping method, available for shipments going out Monday - Wednesday. We also offer USPS Standard Overnight on request, available for shipments going out Monday -Thursday. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and other US territories will incur additional charges.

For shipment other than the US, please call us at 1-877-521-2655 for shipping rates.

Shipment via APO address must be sent via standard shipping and cannot be guaranteed delivery by a specific date. These orders may take up to two weeks to be delivered, so allow ample time.

To ensure optimal freshness, we do not ship products on Friday

Also, it's important to check the accuracy of your recipient’s address before placing your order. We're sorry, but we are not responsible for lost or spoiled product shipments when inaccurate shipping addresses are provided to us. Additional $15 dollars will be charged for re-forwarding to a correct address. So place special attention when inputting your recipients address.

Q: Can you guarantee shipping and delivery dates?

A: We cannot guarantee shipping and delivery dates. We will do our best to get your GrammaBettys candies, gift baskets or towers shipped and delivered on the date that you request.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: YES: An order receipt will be sent to your email address immediately after placing your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number within one hour of your order. Please review this information as soon as possible to ensure all addresses, items and arrival dates are correct. Q: Do you keep my credit card information on file?

A: No. For your protection, GrammaBettys.com does not keep credit card numbers or other credit card information on file for you. You will need to provide your credit card information for each and every purchase.

Q: Can my company get customized corporate gifts boxes?

A: Yes, we can customize our boxes to suite your corporate needs. Please call one of our corporate customer service representatives and they will gladly assist you in designing your custom made boxes. Additional fee and timeline will apply. Please allow enough time for processing orders.

Q: Can I get a fundraiser/wholesale rate for Gramma Betty's Candies?

A: Yes, you can call us to set up a fundraiser profile. We will gladly work with you and discuss your fundraiser goals, timelines and how you can achieve them. Please call our corporate customer service representatives and they will gladly assist you in designing your fundraiser project.

Q: What payment types are acceptable for shopping at GrammaBettys.com?

A: To make ordering quick and easy, we invite you to use your credit card.  We accept either Master Card or Visa and check cards with master card and visa cards logos.  Or you can use Gramma Betty's gift cards. You can also use your pay pal account to make purchases with your visa, master card, American Express and Discover.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: To place an order you must first navigate to the OUR CANDIES page. Once you see the description of the product you wish to purchase, click the SHOP button. This can be achieved through several methods including clicking on Products at the top or bottom and navigating to the category that the product is listed under, then clicking on the product's link.  Once you are on the item's details page, then click on Add to Cart. Or by simply clicking on Shop icon and use our secure server to order your products. Once there, you will be redirected to the online shopping page. Or double click on our product categories noted under OUR CANDIES tab and click on the pictures of each product of link for desired products

Quantity count: Please check the quantity to ensure you are getting the right amounts of products.

Q: Can I add a message with my order?

A: Yes, you can add special message to be included in your package. Please be sure to indicate in the space provided if you'd like to send a gift message with your shipments. Your personal message will be printed on a simple card enclosed with your gift recipient's package. Your message will be limited to 180 characters.

Q: How do I use the Shopping Cart?

A: Anytime you click on the Add to Cart button, which is featured on an item's detail page, you will be transported over to your Shopping Cart. Once there, you will then have the ability to either increase the quantity of any item that is listed, continue shopping, or you may proceed to checkout where you will be prompted to enter your shipping and billing information.
